Talent wise, yes, but I have no confidence in his promoter to get him the right fights to build him into a star. Keith Thurman is already making excuses not to fight him. Danny Garcia will be next, I'm sure.
Spence will fight anybody, but no one else will want to fight him. At least none of the upper level welterweights.
