Yep, regular Los Angelenos get pushed out by all-cash Chinese buyers. So they move to Bywater where they think $400K for a lead paint-ridden 3/2 is a "steal." Which causes the New Orleanians to move to St. Charles Parish. Where those people move I have no clue.
