What is your favorite DBT album?

and why?
for me it is Dirty South...it seems like they were all on their songwriting game...I think the infusion/addition of Jason Isbell refreshed the older two songwriters...it was also early enough for Jason that he wasn't going off the deep end yet with the booze...at least it seems that he was at least controlling it better...almost every song is good to me...and they flow...it's hard for me to even name a favorite song...but if my arm was twisted it would likely be "Lookout Mountain"....
thoughts?

Decoration Day
To me a much better indication of the songwriting prowess of each.
It's a classic.
Dirty South is good, but DD was just such a great jump from Southern Rock Opera, it represents the high water mark.
3 guitars or a life of crime.

Southern Rock Opera, and it's not really that close. It's far and away their best album.

Used to be Brighter Than Creation's Dark because: Cooley. As time went on, I started appreciating Isbell more and more, so now it's Dirty South because it has both my favorite Isbell Song and my favorite Cooley song.

My favorite from top to bottom is English Oceans.

Tough call between The Dirty South and Decoration Day for me. SRO just has too many filler songs for me.
Hell, don't discount The Fine Print. There are some great songs on that "album."

I'm very fond of Pizza D due to "One of these Days" (Favorite DBT song) Cooley is so raw on that song, but "A Blessing and a Curse" is My favorite Album. Feb 14, Gravity Gone, Easy on Yourself, Aftermath USA, what a opening to a Album.
