What do you consider to be the best overall restaurant in Baton Rouge? In my opinion, it's Maison Lacour. Now -- take Maison Lacour, and compare it to the best of New Orleans, and on a broader scale, the best of the entire state of Louisiana. Is it still the best? Not even close.

I rest my case.
