Armor was awesome, but too easy once you figured him out. I did like that they forced you out of the "big guy with big weapon, so I'll hug him" mindset. He bitchslaps you with that shield and forces you to play the midrange game

well I beat champion on my 2nd attempt, wheras it took me playing Armor 8 times to beat him... so maybe I just beat Champion too fast or something, but I really enjoyed learning Armor over Champion (because I didn't have to learn Champion as much... he was dead on my 2nd attempt )

Armor is one of the few bosses that feels like a proper Souls fight.

the frick? how? i had to sunbro for him and got 30 sunlight medals before i beat him solo. i beat armor on my 2nd try, and wouldve beat him on hte first if i didnt go in with 2 estus. when i finally beat gundyr, it wasnt pretty for him. parried him like 8 times and beat his arse.

what weapons are yall using? i havent used anything besides the longsword. probably wont for the rest of this playthrough either.

took out the ancient wyvern last night. fun little mini-boss, but i wish that the head drop was just like a 1st phase deal. should've dropped on his head, take out his health bar, he swoops up to another platform with you on his back where his health refills and you fight him 1v1 in a normal dragon-type fight.
