Knives for wedding registry

ok...I've got a decent mixed bag of knives right now, but I really want some NICE ones. Our registry will allow for group gifts so they can be pricier.
What would y'all recommend in the ~600-800 range. Maybe up to $1,000

Cant go wrong with Wusthofs or Henckels

We went with Zwilling J.a. Henckels and they are great. Would highly recommend.

It is bad luck to give knives as a wedding present.
