On a procedural issue, how could Skip and O'keefe present a deal not approved by the BOS.
I spoke directly to a BOS member on Thursday. I really don't think they were considering anything like this rumored deal.

no deal was talked about by any board member until Thursday night/maybe friday. Not sure on the timing.
