Can we stop the name calling on boards

It's to the point that no discussion can take place without people openly calling people names and degrading them.
This is mainly on the Poli board and SEC board.

They've been doing a better job recently. I kinda called the Poliboard racist two weeks ago and instantly banned. Strong effort by administration.
