Does this sound appealing to you guys at all? Think John Folse's vegetable jambalaya recipe, but with quinoa (I know, I know)

the veggies would be purple hull peas, carrots, beet tops, and parsnip

garnish with broccoli flowers and carrot tops

basically I have a bunch of beets and carrots I'm trying to use from the garden to make way for my spring garden and my broccoli is going to seed and flowering right now and want to use the flowers for something before I pull them

also have some purple hull peas in the freezer that I need to use

This sounds appealing...but just under a different name

Calling it Jambalaya just isn't right

I like quinoa, just don't know if I can imagine those particular flavor combos. How did you decide on those?

ETA: I see why in your edit.

This, unless you throw in a couple tomatoes.

I would eat it.
