How much are you gonna OC? You could save about 20 bucks getting the EVO. I'm not too experienced with OCing, so someone could give you a better answer here.

If you're just gaming, you could save and get 8 GB now, and upgrade later. Of course, I just did a build and bought 16 GB so

I guess this is sort of your budget. If you have the money, this is a great card. For bang for your buck, you could get a GTX 960 or a R9 380 for about $100 less.

IDK anything about XFX power supplies, so someone could better help you here. 750W should be enough though.

No, the 970 and 390 have same or similar performance/dollar. You see diminishing returns after that, though. For a gaming PC, always spend at least 30% of your tower budget on GPU.
