Its beef and lamb tartar that is slightly oily from the fat. It doesn't seem like a huge portion, but enough to share as you don't want to eat the entire serving yourself as it's very rich. It's served with a bread that is like a less sweet baklava crust. It's the bomb.

I don't have much experience to know whether that's the traditional way or their own style.
