It's not mentioned here much because it's out in Metairie. It's a solid spot, but it would be hard to wax poetically about a nice chicken parm.

I agree with you in that I prefer to patronize locally owned businesses, but most places in town are locally owned. That's one aspect that makes NOLA special.
