I am looking for a good IWB also. Taking my CCW class March 19th.

I wear slacks with dress shirt or polo shirt every day for work. Shirt tucked in.

Any Suggestion? I will be carrying a SW M&P 9 Shield.

I carry my glock 43 in a N82 tactical tuckable. I wear slacks and dress shirt everyday as well. I have tried all sorts of holsters and this one is by far the best for me.

TAFJ,
If you're a traditionalist like me and like leather, I'd consider the "Tuck Clip" holster from Side Guard. I use my Tuck Clip to cc a Kahr CW45 and am very pleased w/ it; should work well w/ your Shield, as well. It's a lot easier to get holstered and unholstered w/ one clip as opposed to two.
