I still think staying in Alexandria and making defense a priority is the best plane moving forward. I don't get why they don't have more zombie traps, like pits with noisemakers, on way in buildings, etc. Seems you could keep your perimeter clear of walkers, to where you only had to worry about invaders. The solution there is so simple, our ancestors made them all the time, they need to dig a moat.
