Will he ever have the number 1 player or two top 10 players in a class?

Roster is flawed. It doesn't have a point guard. Our point guard is also our power forward.

S, you already know the answer to this....

And he will still get awarded with another year on the job.

Probably not.
But we also had more success last season than this season. Still were a talented team. But experience matters in college sports.

Johnny is a bad coach, but you need to understand that there is more to a successful team than "talent". This is a fairly talented team, but it's also very flawed. The top few players are very talented, but there is a huge drop off after those few.

Will he suddenly learn how to coach? Also no.

Some on the rant seem to believe Johnny is right on track and is advancing the program. No worries S, all is well

Nope
That's why catastrophe syndrome is in full effect

Don't worry, if you take away all our expectations for this season, we've had a pretty good year. We're one game off of first place!

Let's hope he will not be coaching any more LSU teams, but no he likely will not have a more talented roster.

We were more talented last year. Had a guy who could defend the rim and had a versatile big man with 3 point range

I he does, it won't be at LSU.

But next season could actually be a better team; it really all depends on whether Elbert Robinson develops enough to stay on the court. If he does and Victor returns, that will cause a lot of problems. Victor will command a lot of attention down low, but you can't just ignore a legit 7 footer, either, so if it's a patient offense (would have to be with Elbert on the floor), you have the potential for a solid frontcourt.
Combined with a more mature Patterson at the point, hopefully a more consistent Blakeney at off-guard, and either Epps or Sampson on the wing making jumpers, and (again) you have a tournament-capable team.

Guard play usually makes or breaks you in cbb.
