Where would that be located on the tabs I posted?
Just re-cloned the SSD and still the same issues
A friend suggested i toggle the Sata setting between AHCI and IDE. That didnt fix it either. Still stuck

Try different cloning software. Make sure you have it set to whatever lets your HDD boot (IDE or AHCI) of course. Some cloning software has trouble cloning UEFI/GPT drives and making them bootable. Macrium reflect doesn't have that problem.
