It was exactly as advertised. Totally fricked up and funny. Not a slow moment or wasted scene in the movie.

Get there on time, don't miss the opening credits.

Stay after the end credits.

Anybody want to babysit my five week old, so I can see this? I'm trying to do this guilt free!

Going some time today

I rarely go see movies on opening day just because I hate busy theaters and fight the crowd but I've been looking forward to this movie for a while

They nailed it. You can really tell how much work they did to make sure they understood what Deadpool is. Fantastic movie.

Good to know. I'm always checking during credits to see if there is anything afterwards.

In all honesty...would you bring your 14 y/o son to see this movie?

For point of reference, has seen:

Die Hard
Replacement Killers
Blues Brothers
Predator
T2
Aliens
Airplane

TIA

Just so everyone knows, this movie has set a record for Thursday night preview for a rated R movie.

$12.7 million

I know that isn't the biggest group or biggest record, but it shows how successful the ad campaign was.

Projections for opening weekend have gone up from $55 million to $70+ million domestic, and $125+ million international.

Budget was $58 million.

I will go see it again. Looks like there are little "Easter eggs" EVERYWHERE...especially in the opening scene

Love the 4th wall stuff.

More X-Men stuff then I expected

I tried to stay away from all the press stuff so it wouldn't get spoiled for me.

I watched the RED BAND trailers and that was about it.
