Maybe in 2017, because in all likelihood KD is pulling an LBJ and signing a 2 year max with a player option (that he will exercise) after year 1, so he can hit on that huge cap increase in 2017. Same thing LBJ is doing.
He hits FA the same year as Russ, in a huge money year.
