Gaming Monitors - Buy New Or Refurbished?

They have some great monitors that normally go for $199.99 new (Newegg) that are going for $139.99 refurbished. Wondering if I should jump on that, or stick to buying new.

I don't have a 4K anything, and I do most of my gaming on a console. So, while the response time won't matter too much, I still want something better suited for gaming in case I want to switch the monitor to my PC gaming.

That's an awesome monitor, but I'd consider one of the Asian models off ebay for half the price.

Oh, I'm not looking to ever spend that much on a monitor. I was just letting fly know that I found that one on Amazon Prime for damn near 50% off.
