I don't but come on, no one should ever throw something that heavy from a float. They cracked down on Zulu throwing one pound coconuts, this was a stuffed, unopened bead bag that was tossed from the upper deck of a float. Had my three year old niece still been there and was hit, it would have been bad.
You just DO NOT throw a full bag of beads like that.
