Possibility of booking The Maritime?
Apparently it LOOKS cool. Old historic building that's been remodeled to condos. Carondelet (sp?) one block off canal. A few years ago that place would be sketchy. Not terrible but sketchy heading back to the room at night. How is it now?
Anybody have info on that property and location.

Ehh. That's a sketchy block next to Daisey Duke and Brothers, imo. You will prob get what you pay for.
