What I find troubling is that the NFLPA does not assist in any of the rea search in NOCSAE yet the NFL does, but it's the NFL's fault.

I am not positive, but I believe the NFL does not have the NOCSAE warning stickers that are required in every level of football, unless they have them inside the hat, which is ok.

But I do know your hat does not have to be certified by NOCSAE to be used.


MLB is the only other league/association that I know of that non NOCSAE approved headware is allowed

because it's a one-sided paradigm

we have been so programmed to support the "little guy" that it just seems natural to demand these scenarios

this is just one of those rare scenarios where the "little guy" had full authority to negotiate on its behalf and failed to do so
