I want to put a more aggressive A/T tire. I travel a lot so not looking for a M/T. Leaning towards the BFG A/T 285. There is a leveling kit on the front but that's it.

1. Purchase tires.

2. Install.

I have BFG 285s on my truck. 2012 F150 with just the leveling kit. Had to cut away some of the wheel well material because of rubbing, but nothing major.

If you travel a lot...then you need to just get the LTX M/S2 and be done with it. It may not have the aggressive look you are going for...but it is the best all around truck tire ever made.

I have Nitto Trails on my jeep. They look decent on trucks.

Fuel MT

Have them on my wrangler and love them. Smooth ride and not loud.

I run BFG AT KO's right now on the jeep. They are great, but not real aggressive looking.

Quiet and seem to be getting great mileage out of them.

Will probably be going to 37s shortly and changing treads.

you gonna get bigger rims?

you didn't say what size them were

21's would make for a nice ride

there was a thread on retreads just the other day

suppose it depends on how hard you use them
