I don't believe so. I think it's more like it's spelled, Kay-in. Would be cool as frick if it was like cayenne though.

Haven't heard that name in a while. Does anyone remember Lyman Whites buffalo wings on Highland? Man we use to eat that all the time early on in college during the early 90's.

Lyman was a really, really good player at LSU. He ran into a little legal trouble at one point. He's the man that explained to me how to eat a pork chop sandwich correctly. Great guy, real character.

That place was great in the mid 80's. You could eat some serious home cooking for a good price.
