That trade doesn't work, we are sending out too much salary. Cleveland is not going to take back more salary since they are already in the luxury tax.
On top of that Varejao is one of Lebron's super pals. I doubt he will be traded. Plus I don't see the new additions learning the system and turning our season around quick enough to get us past the 7-8 seed. Then you are committing more money and still don't have another star to play with Davis.
