Careful what you say, you may run into someone with deeper pockets with the same attitude to fight you.

Landowners in our area are getting together and paying for a patrol service to put pressure on the poaching/trespassing problem. This is something that could be done in the marsh as well if the landowners there got together and worked as a collective.

One of the problems I have with Louisiana is the so little amount of patrols. I hope anyone who damages property, cuts trees, ignores limits and basically has no respect for conservation be ticketed..
It's just my belief that a canal connected to a public waterway should be public. We are sportsman paradise. I am tired of losing my fishing holes. The more gates that come up the hotter and hotter this topic will get. I love fishing south Louisiana.
