No, we're also going to need a sharpie and a ruler.
OP, Make a dot with the sharpie about 3-5 inches (don't worry if you miss the mark a little, medicine is mostly guesswork anyway) to the left of her belly button with the sharpie.
ETA: is that god damn water boiling yet??!?

Go to an after hours clinic Ho.

You should really respond man, so I know you're not just going rogue with this one. I need to walk you though it step by step.
So after the waters boiled and the dot is there, have your girlfriend get some towels and shop vac. Put the knife in the water for like 30 secs to like 5 minutes. Got to kill the germs and shite.

Doctors are overrated, My kid had this big growth on his ear the other day, I just took out my filet knife and lanced it, no big deal. We're going to do the other ear in the morning.
2 similar big growths on each of his ears is a statistical improbability. Are you sure those aren't his actual ears?

A fever is 100.4 or greater. Take her to a doctor who can evaluate her abdomen. A 12 y/o is undergoing some changes...

I had a pencil eraser sized bump pop up on my back. It receded, I Scratched the spot, it came up again and started to form a crusty surface. I handed my 14 yr old my benchmade after dipping it in alcohol. He sliced it off and a week later it sealed up and never came back. Problem solved. $0.

Father, we come to you today in need of the daughter of oldcharlie8. She is weak right now, but we know that through the power of prayer, Your Son, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit that things shall be put in motion. We humbly pray that that motion is towards a quick recovery.
Amen.
Amen.

For starters a FEVER is 100.4F.
Everyone here, remember that. That is a fever. 99.6F is not a fever.
Sorry, but that pisses me off. How do people not know this?
And she needs to see a doctor if her abdominal pain is really that bad.

You wouldn't happen to be in a Benz rushing her to the hospital with your wife hastily following you in an Audi, would you?

OP, so look when you make the incision there's gonna be a lot of blood. That's what the shop vac is for. Ok so when you get the blood cleared your looking for a little balloon looking thingy. It'll be pink. That's what you want to remove. Beware though, don't remove the balloon that's ambrosia in color, make sure you get the pink one.
Does your girlfriend sew? If not we may need like a soldering iron or reheat the stove
