If your comment is in reference to people considering Jrue a long term piece that isn't moveable, I agree. Jrue can play very well, but has not shown that he can lead a team deep into the playoffs. But no one is going to give us value for Jrue with his injury history, so we need to see if he can stay healthy and then decide next season if we value him enough to resign him to a large deal.

Having said that I would not avoid drafting a high level starting caliber PG (Kris Dunn ) or acquiring one in a trade/FA this offseason just because Jrue is on the roster. Jrue doesn't have to initiate the offense. He can play SG and backup PG. I like him as a versatile piece with 2 way skills.

If your comment was that we should have kept Ish, then I disagree. Getting two seconds for him was awesome. Ish is not getting us past the first round or even to the playoffs this year. He is expiring and we wouldn't have any rights to him. We know how he plays in our system and thus if we want him we can still go after him in the offseason. I do think he will be overpaid by a bad team though.
