Whatever one you will be able to correctly install. Look online for the nearest car seat inspection station to you, they can check to make sure you have it installed correctly. Check online as well to make sure the one you are looking at hasn't had recent recalls.
Seat does no good if it's not installed correctly. And legally.....the nurse or nursing assistant that brings you guys to your car when discharged from the hospital can not touch the car seat and help you install it(unless they are specially trained).

Its a Peg Preggo...we have one too. Our oldest (2yo now) cried all the time until we got him a new one- our newest son (2mo old) is ok with it though

You are an absolute moron if you can't install a car seat into a car with a latch system anchor

whats your budget
Click in carrier type. you dont want to have to buckle and unbuckle when they are sleeping. trust me

The ones that are carriers also. Never wake a sleeping baby applies here. Get the lightest one. It gets heavy quick
Also I'd get one of the stroller frames that the carrier clamps onto instead of a full stroller (which you can get later). Much less bulky. Make sure you can open and close with one hand and again the lightest possible

agreed. it takes about 15 seconds to install an infant carrier base. A toddler seats takes a few seconds longer

Word. Get one that clips into a base mounted in the car... then get an extra base for any other vehicles.

Got a Graco car seat, and the stroller comes with it. The car seat snaps right into the stroller, it's nice.

I have a second hand key fit 30 and a baby trend Walmart stroller....seriously it doesn't matter. However, some states are passing a rule that they must be rear facing for 2 years....if that applies where you live consider an all in one instead of a bucket seat.

We had a Graco infant carrier that had removable bases so you can get a few extra bases for multiple vehicles, grandparents, etc. It's nice to move them to and from the car if they are sleeping.
When they got older we got a Britax Marathon that was big enough until they went to a booster.

X2. Only downside for us is that ours is black and got hot in the summer. Having baby #2 in March and we will be using the same seat.

Everyone of my wives friends is jealous of our combo. Makes that Graco Chico shite look like cheap plastic. Get an extra seat base for your car and grandparents as well, it's so easy
