Can't pay a buyout with private funds for miles, but will give up 330,000 of AD funds just because. Lol F King.

You are dumb son. This move helps to attract top flight assistants, showing that the University will not inhibit career advancement. The other scenario would actually give the opposite impression to potential coaches.
