At what point is it not a slump? I know he was highly ranked as a recruit, but sometimes these things don't always translate to college basketball. Elbert is a good example.

Although it now seems like ages ago, Blakeney was shooting fine at the beginning of the season.

Elbert is a terrible example. If you want an example, use Tack Minor.
