How would it compare directly with Texas de Brazil? I always thought that was a really good offering, and if Fogo's is that much better, I'd be even more excited for this to open.

Fogo in Houston has a huge walk around salad bar with smoked salmon and a selection of soups and veggies. Texas de Brazil's salad bar is stuck in a dark corner of the restaurant with nothing special or noteworthy. imho. People that like Brazilian barbeque joints and salad bars will really like Fogo. I can see the Canal St. location doing really well with the big meat eating, sports loving crowd.
