It's "plasticine" and:
Porcupine Tree - Footprints
Reading Porcupine Tree lyrics made me look into plasticine and learn that we got jobbed with Playdough as kids. Salty bullshite.

Rx Bandits - Dinna-dawg (and the Inevitible Onset of Lunacy)
