Where are the squats? and where is the gymnastics training?

and why would you run so much? were you being chased by a dog or something? WHy not do sprints or prowler pushes?

seriously if you really want to be in the best shape of your life, look into doing the basic wendler template combined with the gymnastics body program. Start with the foundations 1 program and work up. DO the Gymnastic training as your accessory training on the 4 lifting days. On the other days do prowler sprints or some other form of heavy carries.

Do that and you will be in the real best shape of your life. Honestly all of the long distance running is just putting wear and tear on your body for very little benefit in return. The Racquetball is great and fun, same with the hikes. Biking.....well you would be much better off just getting an airdyne bike or a rower and doing a double Tabata. Would save you time too.

Really impressed you kept a log of all this though.

Agreed. The running, hiking, racquetball have served for most of my leg workouts, though I did hit the box jumps pretty hard on my weight training days.

I dunno. I've always enjoyed cardio and the challenge of moderate/longer distance running. I will look to incorporate more sprints this year.
