Franks already signed with Florida. Russo is either misinformed or spinning something, because Cam is not waiting on Franks---maybe someone else though.

I'd rather have Haskins first. But Russo does seem like a good last-minute pickup.

It said Russo said that earlier in the month, certainly not the case anymore. Typical bleacher report.
