Obviously, Dylan Roof, Syed Rizwan Farook, and Tashfeen Malik were considered, but they lacked the necessary entertainment value aspect of the list. So here goes:
1. Donald Trump - might have won, anyway, but really sealed the top spot when he mocked a reporter's physical disabilities then tried to deny it.
2. Kim Davis - the holier than thou county clerk skank who tried to deny happiness to many people who deserve it more than she does.
3. Martin Shkreli - when his greed finally caught up to him he tried to pawn it all off as an innocent social experiment.
4. Bill Cosby - tries to save face by filing lawsuits against about one half of one percent of his many accusers.
5. Antonin Scalia - his argument against affirmative action, now on permanent record, was that black people are stupid.
6. Josh Duggar - a child molester and incest rapist would still be lecturing us on family values if he hadn't got caught.
7. Charlie Sheen - more of a lifetime achievement inclusion; willfully spreading the HIV love.
8. Jared Fogle - stabbed Subway in the back by claiming their low-fat sandwiches fed his hypersexuality and pedophilia.
9. David Vitter - sacrificed a state for still thinking that election wins outbalance his anti-family perversions in the respect department.
10. Open for you - because there's still a week to get on 2015's list.

Harry Reid. He got punched in his eye socket and blamed it on a resistance band.

Every list should include the pathetic and lying Mizzou protesters, Lena Dunham, the Rolling Stone fabricator and the fake rape girl with the mattress who did porn

Solid list, I'd probably place Shkreli at #1 though.

Intolerant people like you that can only see things through one lens are truly the problem in this nation. I mean that with absolute sincerity.
You are garbage. Pure garbage. No one benefits from your existence and the country is hurt by it. Move away to another nation so the rest of us, that care about the country, can move forward.

How about the administration for busting up migrant families during the holidays?

The day I become so desperate for attention that I deliberately post on the wrong board just to get downvoted will be a very pathetic day indeed.
Like those high post count posters that lack the stones to just quit posting and only show up to make derogatory comments in hopes of a reply, I pity you.
Merry Christmas, Rex.
