The problem with that is the last time that happened at Tulane, the school got all butthurt about Bowden leaving so early and passed over Rich Rodriguez to give the job to Chris Scelfo because he was a local guy and Tulane was his dream job and he wouldn't leave. If they hire this guy, the hire after this guy would be the big thing.

New school President and new Athletic Director. That was 17 years of the same people running the clown show.
