I know many folks who cook roasts on low on the stove. A crock pot will also take care of your issue.

Thanks everyone.

My crockpot has been 50/50 when I do roasts in them lately. Sometimes they come out super tough. Could I be adding too much liquid? Could it be my crockpot?
