I don't get the love for Herman, at least as HC for a top program. He's been a HC at Houston for one year. He's had a really good year. Sumlin was pretty good as well. That is not panning out. I think it's a gamble to hire a guy at a major program without much experience as a HC.

Hire Herman or who else? That's what UGA ran up against. All the proven head coaches have good jobs.

Sometimes you have to take a risk and let the coach prove you right. It is harder nowadays to get a head coach to do a near lateral move.
