That scene was stupid.
Writers are scared to let some of these people go. They're not taking chances anymore and playing close to the vest. Going to get stale if they dont ramp it up. It is the apocalypse.

These were the worst 8 episodes of Walking Dead since Scott Gimple took over. Terrible, boring, uneventful writing with absolutely no pay offs on ANYTHING.
