Before the preason rankings, like last year? Or after they came out picking us to finish 5th in the west?

Before the McNeese St. Game, that got cancelled, or after we started 7-0?

Before we Nick Chubb was regarded as the best RB in the league, or after LF7 became the front runner for the Heisman, and first real possibility for LSU in 60+years?

Did Les 'lose this team' when Brandon Harris threw for 70 yards in the first game, or after he kept improving down the stretch?

This, to me, is absolutely the most ridiculous, delusional, and pathetic fan base in CFB, outside of Bama maybe. This man has taken a young team and made SOMETHING out of it. But as soon as hard times hit, everyone wants to make the coach walk the plank. I think I'll keep this obscene avi for awhile because I'm disgraced to call myself an LSU fan.

He didn't lose the team. The team LOVES Miles! His archaic offense scheme was his downfall!

Probably after getting blown out by Alabama and Ark and knocked out of contention for the West while looking more disorganized and sloppy every week.

Wait, I thought we were young last year.

What you grumps don't get is LSU is young every year. Any draft eligible player bolts from Baton Rouge while Bama routinely fields a team loaded with seniors. We can never win like that.

I guess I'll be the first to say it.

1/9/12

Some will say "let it go" but I have never witnessed a more embarrassing display by a head coach in my life thus far.

ETA: Damn, beat me to it...

You stupid muthafricka! Walk the plank yourself so I can pull that muthafricka out from underneath you. Typical outsider that hasn't a clue as to what is going on. You have the nerve to come on here and give your 1 cents as if anyone gives a shite.

He didn't lose the team. It is still a very young team and the loss to Alabama affected them mentally more than anything else. Injuries to their fullback and TE didn't help either.

1/9/12 ......especially after seeing same play called after same play.I think LSU called only 2 plays that game, toss left and toss right.

2009 was the start. Great individual play from TM7 saved him in 2011.
