Les should be (maybe) the only one Upset.

Could be his choice to wait until the season ends. Firing him earlier doesn't help the team and actually could be worse for recruiting. Base case is changing coaches quickly

If I sucked at my job for a few years straight I would be fired too. The only difference is I don't have a multi million dollar parachute. I don't feel bad for Les and you shouldn't either.
