He should if LSU misfires.

And Joe should be gone.

If miles is the coach next year, Joe absolutely screwed the pooch

Eta: meaning Joe could have stopped this a long time ago if it was just rumors

How about I say it another way...

If I am Les, I rework the contract language if LSU can't fire me.

Yea when another SEC team hires CLM and they spank LSU's arse regularly every year.

He has no leverage to rework it. He either sticks with it how it is, or walks away with no golden parachute.

How about Les, you're under contract do your job or risking breaching said contract.

No leverage?

If LSU can't replace him like it appears they are trying to do, Les will have 100% of the leverage

Ridiculous.

Les has zero leverage in this situation no matter how it goes down. None.

Les can pull a Chavis and quit cosching long before he actually leaves the program.

How so?

He's under contract. No one is trying to take Les FROM LSU. That would be his only leverage and he's used it twice. No way Les stays AND gets raise/extension.

I will ban bet you that doesn't happen.

Sounds like addition from subtraction to me. Les could breach his contract AND improve the last 2 season's results.
