I do not get the pity party for Les. He leveraged LSU 3 separate times to get better contract terms and there is nothing wrong with what he did. Yet he is being "Wronged" because LSU wants to move in another direction after the team has clearly fallen off in the past 3 years, especially this year.

IMO the writing was on the wall last year when we could not even get good unemployed DCs to come coach one of the best defenses in college football and we had to settle for a guy Saban let babysit his defensive line.

Unfortunately I have had to fire many people who were not meeting expectations. There are two basic ways, with respect to the person and without respect. How this is done says a lot about the organization.

If people think as this information being leaked (irregardless of who is leaking it) is respectful then I hope you never get that responsibility of firing someone. Someone being fired should never be a joyful time. It has nothing to do with money, but more telling someone they are not good enough.

If by watching this whole $hit show doesn't make you a little disgusted, well that sucks for you.

And this has nothing to do if Les deserves to continue to be the coach or not. If you are not getting the job done then it's time to move on.
