Obviously, a lot of y'all don't understand how a business works. Les is a coach. He gets paid, just like any one else, to do a job. If you do your job good, you get to keep your job. If you do your job bad, you lose your job. The big difference is that Les will continue to get paid, even after he is let go. I know plenty great people who got let go from jobs that they had for 20 yrs, and it wasn't necessarily b/c they did a bad job, and guess what, they didn't he paid a nickel more, once they were gone. So don't feel sorry for Les. Les is going to be just fine. If you want to feel bad for someone, go find that person who is just lost their job and has 3-4 kids to feed. Don't feel bad for someone who could buy out your family tree with pocket change.

Some good points here and I understand the demand for excellence and perfection in doing one's job. I would have lost my practice a long time ago, if I didn't get that. I, also, understand the desire for a change of pace. Just hate the way it is going down. I mean the guy is awesome. He won over a lot of die-hard Bama fans, including this one, for the man he is on and off the field. I'm not saying that because of his recent troubles with Saban/Bama, either. He's a great leader that is passionate about his players and LSU. He has had the misfortune of losing more underclassmen to the NFL of any other coach and is still competitive every year. I can tell you this....... I'd be a lot more afraid of Les with a competent OC (that has full autonomy) than I am of Jimbo.
