Harris has all the tools. Jimbo will teach and BH will learn. That will make BH successful in the offense.

Possible.

But it won't be because of "QB coaching". It will be because we implement a sophisticated enough passing attack that allows the talents of the QB and WRs to show itself more often.

Look at Mett and Cam in 2013

Harris took a good level of developmental steps this year

Fournette and Harris will have to play paper rock scissors for the heisman.

well I dunno, if he starts going through progressions and check downs instead of going for the flash play, then I'd put that on coaching.

Then again that remains to be seen, obviously. But I do agree that the passing game sophistication on the whole should improve drastically.

Yes, yes he can.

Will be nice to finally have a coach who can improve the offense.

Harris will have to pick up the system

if Jimbo shows up - QB will 1st isse

Harris will have a Jimbo picked QB to deal with quickly

In college football QBs don't really go through progressions. Generally, plays are called with a single read.

The use of the middle of the field via crossing patterns will be the biggest improvement along with true combo routes to take advantage of our athletes.

Yep. How many times has he had Fournette wide open if he wanted to check down out of the longer pass? Last week he had a wide open TE underneath on the pass that injured Dural.

People want Harris to have developed into one of the SEC's best QBs overnight. Dude is a true sophomore and he'll likely end up with 2,000 yards passing and 15 touchdown passes. It's a start but he's still got work to do. I think a better offense and better offensive coaches could really do a number for Harris next year.

Elite? Doubtful. But, he could develop Harris into what we need him to be.

Why not let the HC be the HC and let the OC be the OC. Then hire a QB Coach.

Because the HC is one of the best OCs/QB coaches in the nation.
