My doctor would just prescribe some pills, I'm looking for a non-pharmaceutical treatment.

Did you mean to post this on the help board??

I find that writing things down helps. I just have to narrow my focus as best I can. I get overwhelmed by every little thing

You do know that you could tell your doctor you would prefer an alternate form of treatment versus medication?

Weed? Is that the answer you're looking for?

Not trying to be a dick, but Google search the other threads on this. There is a lot of good info on there.

Don't shite all over taking meds. You don't want to take them, but if your quality of life is suffering, you need meds. At my worst I had a near panic attack and had to leave a driving range. Hitting golf balls was/is probably the most relaxing thing I have as a "go to." I knew then that it was over. I left a bucket of balls and called my wife.

Be afraid of alcohol. Nothing works better (for me) than a couple beers. That is a slippery slope however, and there is no worse panic attack than a hungover panic attack. A good hangover will even throw depression on top of your anxiety. Which is always cool

That's why you don't just go to a psychiatrist. They prescribe the pills.

Psychologists and therapists usually involve more cognitive therapy.
