He either needs to go now or needs a recommitment from the administration to let him hire the "right" coaches, you can't let him continue and put the squeeze on hires that force us to end up with second-tier coaches like Steele. Giving him another year is a mistake, either cut him now or make a 3 year commitment.

With all this smoke, you aren't getting anyone on staff here worth a damn. No coaching wunderkinds are jumping on a sinking ship.

There was no squeeze to Les Miles in his hiring of the DC. The DC search was all Les Miles.
