I spoke to Jimbo about LSU personally a few months ago. He has a very, very high opinion of LSU's football program and Baton Rouge.

I think Jimbo's interest in LSU is genuine. He may simply not be happy at FSU and wants a change for the rest of his career. Sure, he may stay there with another raise, but no one should dismiss the possibility that he would leave there for LSU.

What reason could there be for Jimbo to be in town the week of the UF game? If Jimbo wants the job everything will be done behind the scenes and not in a face to face meeting during the season that would leak to the media.
