He was bad at GT and has been average at Clemson.

I've seen you say that several times and it isn't true. He has continued being an investment first facilities guy at all stops. He was one of the architects of our transformation in 2000. His restructure at Georgia Tech did great things for their athletic department. You don't like that he hired Paul Johnson. Ok. Maybe so, but to act like he was a failure on the level of Joe Alleva is silly. I for one think he's been pretty damn good.

the only reason he's been "average" at Clemson is because he's fought them for increased spending.
wouldn't be an issue at LSU
